3M Versaflo TR-600-ECK PAPR Respirator Kit, Disposable Hood, Particulate Filter
The 3M Versaflo TR-600-ECK is a belt-mounted PAPR respirator kit that pairs a disposable hood with integrated suspension and a TR-6710N high-efficiency particulate filter. It is a compact, lightweight powered air-purifying respirator, and the kit arrives ready to use with a TR-630 lithium-ion battery, a single-station charger, a breathing tube and cover, an airflow indicator and a cleaning and storage kit.
The disposable hood covers the head, face, neck and shoulders and combines a wide-view visor with wide, soft-elastic face seals; being disposable, it needs no maintenance. Breathing tubes attach with 3M's Quick Release Swivel (QRS) connection, colored touch points make the controls intuitive, and the TR-600 series gives a choice of airflow rates. An ergonomic shape keeps the unit close to the body, and the easy-clean belt has flexible air channels.
The TR-653 cleaning and storage kit lets the blower and battery go under water for washing, and the smooth-surfaced TR-602N unit is quick to clean. LED status lights show the battery charge, and a low-charge alarm warns by vibration, sound and light. Battery life runs 5 to 13 hours depending on conditions. This NIOSH-approved particulate respirator system is for industrial and occupational use only.
