3M Versaflo TR-600-HIK PAPR Respirator Kit, Hard Hat, Face Shield, OV/AG/HE
The 3M Versaflo TR-600-HIK is a belt-mounted PAPR respirator kit for heavy industry and maintenance work, built around the M-307 respiratory hard hat assembly with a premium visor and face seal. Its TR-6530N OV/AG/HE cartridge combines particulate, organic vapor and acid gas protection, and the NIOSH-approved system carries an assigned protection factor of 25.
Inside the kit, the TR-602N PAPR unit runs on a TR-632 high-capacity lithium-ion battery with a single-station charger, and battery life runs 5 to 13 hours. Airflow comes pre-calibrated, components need no tools for maintenance, interactive touch points make training simpler, and breathing tubes attach through 3M's Quick Release Swivel (QRS) connection. A rugged face shield completes the headgear.
The kit also includes a TR-626 high-durability belt, a TR-6600 prefilter, a TR-662 spark arrestor, a BT-38 length-adjusting breathing tube with a BT-926 high-temperature cover, a TR-971 airflow indicator and the TR-653 cleaning and storage kit. As a NIOSH-approved powered air-purifying respirator, it provides an assigned protection factor of 25 within an appropriate workplace respirator program.
