3M Versaflo TR-800-PSK Intrinsically Safe PAPR Painters Kit, OV/HE Cartridge
The 3M Versaflo TR-800-PSK is an intrinsically safe PAPR painters kit for industrial painting and spray coating in areas where IS-rated equipment is required. It combines the TR-802N blower and TR-830 battery with a TR-6510N OV/HE cartridge and an M-206 clear faceshield assembly, and the NIOSH-approved system has an assigned protection factor of 25.
The TR-6510N combination cartridge pairs organic-vapor filtration with high-efficiency particulate filtration for the paint and solvent exposures of spray work. The lightweight M-206 faceshield rides on a 4-point textile suspension, giving wide peripheral vision and balanced weight for long wear in paint booths, and the system delivers integrated respiratory, eye and face protection.
Visual and audible alarms warn of low airflow, and an airflow indicator is included. The rechargeable standard-capacity lithium-ion battery gives 4 to 8 hours of battery life and recharges on the TR-641N single-station charger, and the kit also holds a BT-20L breathing tube with a BT-922 cover, a TR-838 battery attachment tool, a TR-627 easy-clean belt and the TR-653 storage and cleaning kit.
