3M Versaflo TR-300N+ HKS PAPR Respirator Kit, Disposable Headcover, Beige
The 3M Versaflo TR-300N+ HKS PAPR respirator kit is a ready-to-use beige system that pairs a disposable headcover with a TR-3712N high-efficiency particulate filter and a belt-mounted TR-302N+ PAPR unit. Suggested industries are pharmaceutical, healthcare and food safety; used according to its NIOSH approval and instructions, it protects against particulates, not vapors or gases, and it is not intrinsically safe.
Operation takes one button, with two alarm types, one audible and one LED, and breathing tubes connect through 3M's Quick Release Swivel (QRS) fitting to a pre-calibrated PAPR unit. The blower sits close to the wearer's back, which reduces the leverage effect that can make a PAPR feel heavier, and the system is easy to clean and maintain.
The disposable headcover covers the head and face, with a built-in comfort suspension, a wide-view visor that lets patients see the provider's entire face and soft elastic face seals that add comfort and reduce noise; its shape also makes stethoscope use easier. The TR-332 high-capacity lithium-ion battery gives 10 to 12 hours of battery life and charges on the TR-341N kit. The user instructions must be read and understood before use and local regulations followed, and in the United States a written respiratory protection program covering training, fit testing and medical evaluation is required under OSHA rules.
