3M Versaflo TR-300N+ ECK PAPR Respirator Kit, Disposable Hood, HE Filter, Beige
The 3M Versaflo TR-300N+ ECK PAPR respirator kit is a ready-to-use beige system with a disposable S-433L hood, a belt-mounted TR-302N+ PAPR unit and a TR-3712N high-efficiency particulate filter. It is suggested for pharmaceutical, healthcare and food safety work; used according to its NIOSH approval and instructions, it protects against particulates only, not vapors or gases, and it is not intrinsically safe.
Operation takes one button, with two alarm types, one audible and one LED, and breathing tubes connect through 3M's Quick Release Swivel (QRS) fitting to a pre-calibrated PAPR unit. Its slim profile suits tight spaces, and the smooth, contoured outer shell may snag less on nearby objects.
The maintenance-free disposable hood covers the head, face, neck and shoulders, with an integrated suspension, a wide-view visor and soft elastic face seals. For cleaning, wipe the blower, with its battery pack still attached, using a soft cloth moistened with water and a mild, pH-neutral detergent. The TR-332 high-capacity lithium-ion battery gives 10 to 12 hours of battery life. The user instructions must be read and understood before use and local regulations followed, and in the United States a written respiratory protection program covering training, fit testing and medical evaluation is required under OSHA rules.
