CK Worldwide MT200-AC/DC TIG Welder, 200A, 115/220V, CK17 Torch and Foot Pedal

The CK Worldwide MT200-AC/DC is a compact, portable AC/DC TIG welder with stick capability, packaged as a complete TIG welding system. It runs on 115 V or 220 V power with TIG output up to 200 A on 220 V, and the package includes a CK17 flex-head gas-cooled torch, Super-Flex cables, a regulator and the Steady-Grip foot pedal.

TIG (GTAW) output spans 5-140 A on 115 V and 5-200 A on 220 V, and stick (SMAW) output spans 10-110 A on 115 V and 10-160 A on 220 V. Arcs start with high frequency, and the machine offers 5 amp arc starts. AC frequency adjusts from 20 to 250 Hz, and pulse frequency runs 1-200 Hz at a 50% pulse width with base current from 10 to 100%. Gas preflow is 0.5 s, postflow runs 0.5-20 s, and maximum open-circuit voltage is 61 V.

The complete system includes the MT200-AC/DC welding machine, a CK17 flex-head gas-cooled TIG torch, Super-Flex cables with a Dinse connector, an AK-3 accessory/consumable kit, a ground clamp, a single-flow regulator, a power adapter and the patented Steady-Grip foot pedal. The machine weighs 32 lb (14.5 kg) and measures 20 x 8.5 x 15 in. (L x W x H), and its easy-to-use interface suits both creative and production TIG work.
