Edwards 10 Ton Hydraulic Pipe and Tube Bender, 2 in. Sch. 40 Pipe, HAT1000

The Edwards 10 Ton Bender (HAT1000) is a hydraulic pipe and tube bender that forms pipe, round tube and square tube through bends of up to 180 degrees. A 1-3/4 in. ram with a 14 in. stroke does the work, with capacity for 2 in. Schedule 40 pipe and 2-1/2 in. round tube, and the bender can be run horizontally or vertically.

An integrated proximity sensor and a degree wheel help set each bend angle, and hand/jog controls with an integrated E-stop run the machine. Bender dies store on the frame, a range of more than 300 standard dies covers different bending needs, and 20 ft quick-connect hoses give plug-and-play hydraulic hookup.

Hydraulic ratings are 3-1/2 GPM flow and 2750 PSI valve pressure, and rated capacities also include 2 in. OD square tube and 2-1/2 in. OD round tube. This tube bender measures 42 x 45 x 63 in. overall (40-1/2 x 36-1/2 x 42 in. product dimensions) and weighs 600 lbs.
