Edwards 20 Ton Hydraulic Radius Roller, Variable Speed, 6-Piece Die Set, HAT5000

The Edwards 20 Ton Radius Roller (HAT5000) is a hydraulic roller that forms smooth, long-diameter curves in medium to heavy flat bar, angle iron, pipe, tube, square tube, solid round and channel. It works horizontally or vertically on a heavy-duty rolling base, comes with a 6-piece universal die set, and must be run from an Edwards Ironworker with the PowerLink System or a Portable Power Unit.

Power reaches the roller through 20 ft quick-connect hoses. The variable speed hydraulic drive lets the operator dial in the right speed for each material, hand/jog controls with an integrated E-stop run the machine, and dies store on the frame. The included 6-piece universal die set fits square tube, flat bar, angle iron and channel, with optional dies for round pipe, tube and solid round.

Rated capacities are 2 in. (.250) angle iron, 3 in. (.375) flat bar the easy way and 2.25 in. the hard way, 2 in. Schedule 40 round pipe, 2-1/2 in. round tube, 1-3/8 in. solid round and 2 in. (.120) square tube. This angle roller measures 45 x 51 x 52 in. overall (43 x 45 x 49 in. product dimensions) and weighs 994 lbs.
