Edwards HAT2375 Hydraulic Rotary Draw Pipe and Tube Bender, 2 in. Sch. 40 Pipe

The Edwards HAT2375 is a hydraulic rotary draw pipe and tube bender whose dual cylinders make consistent 180° bends in a single stroke. An auto stop can be preset to the target angle for accurate, repeatable bends, and capacity reaches 2 in. Schedule 40 round pipe and 2-1/2 in. round tube. It must be run from an Edwards tool with the PowerLink System or a Portable Power Unit.

The open-style, drop-on tooling allows fast die changes, and a large degree wheel shows the bend angle at a glance. Hand/jog controls with an integrated E-stop operate this rotary draw tube bender, and 20 ft quick-connect hoses give plug-and-play connection to its power source.

Rated capacities are 1 in. mild steel round, 2 in. Schedule 40 round pipe, 2-1/2 in. round tube and 2 in. (.125) square tube, along with 2-1/2 in. (.156 in.) Schedule 40 aluminum pipe and 2 in. (1/8 in.) chromoly round tube. The center line radius is 8 in., and the minimum outside diameter is 0.25 in.
