ESAB Rebel EMP 235ic Multiprocess Welder with Cart
This configuration of the Rebel EMP 235ic multiprocess welder comes with a cart. The welder detaches from the cart for work around the shop or at a job site, runs on 120 V or 208/230 V single-phase input, and delivers up to 250 A for MIG, TIG and stick work, with sMIG adaptive control for MIG setup.
Input is 120 V or 208/230 V single-phase, giving a current range of 5-150 A on 120 V and 5-250 A on 230 V. Wire feed speed is 60-700 ipm, spools of 4, 8 or 12 in. fit, and the machine supports cored wire to .052 in. (1.4 mm). TIG filler rods are limited to 3/16 in. (5.0 mm), and stick electrodes top out at 5/32 in. (4.0 mm).
A four-handle roll cage frames the unit, and the lead cord length is 10 ft (3 m). The 230 V supply plug is NEMA 6-50P, the protection class is IP23S, and the listed approvals are CSA E60974-1-00, IEC 60974-1 and UL60974-1.
