ESAB Rebel EMP 285ic Multiprocess Welder, 120/230 V Single Phase, with Cart

This configuration of the Rebel EMP 285ic comes with a cart. The industrial multiprocess welder handles stick, TIG, MIG and flux-cored welding on single-phase 120/230 V input, delivering up to 300 A, with sMIG adaptive arc control, a 4-roll drive system and a multilingual TFT display.

The welder detaches from its cart for work around the shop or at a job site. On single-phase input the current range is 5-300 A, with a 300 A / 34 V maximum output. The 4-roll drive system takes solid wire to .052 in. (1.4 mm) and cored wire to 1/16 in. (1.6 mm), fed at 60-800 ipm, and spools of 4, 8 or 12 in. fit.

TIG rods are limited to 3/16 in. (5.0 mm), and stick electrodes go to 5/32 in. (4.0 mm). It is used in civil construction, agricultural equipment work, training schools, repair and maintenance, industrial production and general fabrication. Accessories for the machine include a Tweco 200A spool gun (12 ft), a TIG foot control with a 15 ft cable and a 230 V to 120 V power adapter.
