ESAB Renegade ES 300i Stick Welder, 300A, 208-460V Single/3-Phase, 0445100881
The ESAB Renegade ES 300i is a portable stick welder that delivers 5 to 300 A in a 33 lb (15 kg) package built for the job site. It accepts 208 to 460 V input on single- or three-phase power and adjusts automatically, runs 300 A at a 40% duty cycle, and has three handles plus a padded shoulder strap for carrying.
Output is 5-300 A on three-phase input and 5-200 A on single-phase, and the machine handles input welding cables as long as 330 ft. It withstands impact and temperatures up to 130 °F, carries an IP23 enclosure class and the CSA certification mark, and draws 91 W in energy save mode with a 0.96 power factor at maximum current.
Weld starts are soft but distinct, and a fast-responding arc gives better control, higher travel speed and very little spatter in stick (SMAW) mode, while the interface can be set and read from a distance in any light. The package includes the power supply, a 10 ft (3 m) input cable, a shoulder strap and two male OKC connectors. For HF TIG, the Renegade range has the separate ET 300iP model.
