The ESAB Rogue EM 190 PRO inverter MIG welder handles light fabrication, repair and maintenance, running on 230 V single-phase power with a 30-190 A current range. It weighs 37.3 lbs, works on mains or generator power, and its rigid fiberglass-molded housing with an IP23S rating suits both shop and field use.

Synergic MIG, manual MIG, MIG brazing and flux-cored welding are all on board. Arc Dynamics tunes the arc to the material, stiff for carbon steel or soft for stainless, and the MIG (GMAW) controls cover gas purge, wire jog, burn back control and adjustable pre- and post-flow. Every feature and parameter is set on a full-color 5-inch screen that stays readable in bright sunlight.

Power Factor Control (PFC) keeps the arc efficient and steady when the supply fluctuates, and the machine is rated 11.0 kVA with a 10 kW generator recommended. Wire feed speed runs 75-650 ipm from 4 or 8 in. spools, with .023-.035 in. mild steel wire and .030-.045 in. aluminum or cored wire.
