ESAB Cutmaster 50+ Plasma Cutter, 480V 3-Phase, 1 in. Cut, CNC-Ready, 1-5000-2

The ESAB Thermal Dynamics Cutmaster 50+ plasma cutter in its 3-phase version is a hand-held air plasma cutter for 480 VAC, 50/60 Hz power. It pierces 5/8 in. (16 mm), cuts 1 in. (25 mm) and severs 1-1/4 in. (32 mm), comes with the SL60 1Torch and has a pre-installed CPC receptacle for CNC work.

A 10.9 cm TFT LCD screen and a glove-friendly adjustment knob keep settings clear and easy to change, and the operator can switch between normal and grate cutting modes. The gas supply can be clean, dry, oil-free compressed air to ISO 8573-1 Class 1.2.2 or 99.95% pure nitrogen, at 90-125 psi (6.2-8.6 bar) and 300-500 cfh. For CNC plasma cutting, a 14-pin CPC receptacle and voltage divider come pre-installed, giving start/stop, OK-to-move and divided arc voltage at 20:1, 30:1, 40:1, 50:1 or 80:1.

The SL60 1Torch has a 2T/4T function, a safety trigger lock and a double-tap trigger that saves bottled air, a post-cut air purge helps consumables last, and Cutmaster Black Series consumables are included for up to 60% longer life. Three handles and an all-weather IP23S housing keep the cutter portable; it has the cETLus mark, measures 18.3 x 7.9 x 12.4 in. (465 x 200 x 315 mm) and operates from 14 to 122 °F.
