ESAB Cutmaster 82 Plasma Cutter, 80A, 460V 3-Phase, 20 ft SL60 75° Hand Torch

The ESAB Thermal Dynamics Cutmaster 82 plasma cutter delivers up to 80 A and 9 kW of output power, with a 1-1/2 in. (40 mm) maximum cut, from a 43 lb (19.5 kg) power supply. This package is the 460 V, 3-phase, 60 Hz version with a 20 ft SL60 75° hand torch, and its recommended cut is 1 in. (25 mm).

As on all Cutmaster systems, the 1Torch is standard on this air plasma cutter, supplied here as an SL60 75° hand torch on a 20 ft lead. The torch runs on 70 psi (4.8 bar) of air at 6.7 cfm (190 l/min), and the pierce rating is 5/8 in. (15 mm). The power supply measures 12 x 15 x 24 in. (305 x 381 x 610 mm, L x W x H). Heavy fabrication, manufacturing and contractor work are the intended applications.
