ESAB Warrior 500i CC/CV Multiprocess Welder, 460 V 3-Phase Power Source

The Warrior 500i CC/CV is a multiprocess welder rated for 500 A at a 60% duty cycle on three-phase input. It runs MIG, stick and DC TIG and also handles carbon arc gouging. This configuration is the power source alone; it pairs with either the Robust Feed or the Warrior Feed 404HD wire feeder.

Amperage runs from 5 to 500 A on 380-575 V three-phase input, and the machine is three-phase only and comes preset for 460 V. A 60% duty cycle at 500 A supports long runs on many kinds of work. The power source weighs 130 lbs and measures 28.1 in. L x 12.8 in. W x 18.5 in. H.

The Warrior is intended for indoor and outdoor use, including rough environments. Its knobs are glove-friendly and its interface is clear and intuitive, so adjustments are quick. The Robust Feed PRO feeder it can be paired with has a weatherproof enclosed design.
