ESAB Warrior 500i CC/CV Multiprocess Welder, Robust Feed PRO, Cart, No Cable

This ESAB Warrior 500i CC/CV multiprocess welder package combines the three-phase power source with a Robust Feed PRO wire feeder, a 15 ft Spraymaster V450 MIG gun, an Edge 2.0 regulator and a single-cylinder cart. The power source delivers 500 A at a 60% duty cycle; the interconnection cable that links feeder and power source is not included.

The Warrior handles MIG, stick and DC TIG plus carbon arc gouging, with a 5-500 A amperage range on 380-575 V three-phase input only, preset for 460 V. The Robust Feed PRO feeder, a 2021 Red Dot design award winner, encloses the wire spool against moisture and dust and adds an integrated heater and flow meter, and its weatherproof design suits portable work where durability counts.

Intended for indoor and outdoor use in rough environments, the Warrior has a clear interface with glove-friendly knobs for quick adjustment, and its 60% duty cycle at 500 A supports long runs on a wide range of work. The power source weighs 130 lbs and measures 28.1 in. L x 12.8 in. W x 18.5 in. H; the MIG gun carries a 1/16 liner.
