FEIN JMC MAGFORCE 90 Magnetic Drill with Truck Frame HSS TiN Cutter Set

This FEIN JMC MAGFORCE 90 set pairs the compact magnetic drill with truck frame annular cutters in TiN-coated HSS, 1 in. deep with 3/4 in. Weldon shanks, for steel fabrication, bridge building and truck frame work. The drill takes holes up to 1-3/8 in. (35 mm), measures 6-5/8 x 11-3/8 in. and weighs 18.75 lbs.

The drill turns in both directions, and FEIN's spindle sleeve feed allows cuts as deep as 1-3/8 in.; a ratchet handle keeps it usable overhead and in tight corners. The 5/8, 3/4 and 7/8 in. truck frame cutters are meant to go through stacked steel, two or more layers deep, in one uninterrupted pass, and a titanium-nitride coating makes them slicker, harder-wearing and longer-lasting.

Two 1/4 x 3-1/4 in. centering pins, Slugger cutting paste and a Magbrush, which gathers metal chips with its strong magnet, round out the set, and the accessories are kept in an L-BOXX 136 case. The paste works in normal, horizontal and inverted drilling alike and noticeably extends cutter life.
