Fronius Ignis 180XT Stick Welder, 180A, 120/230V Dual Voltage, PFC, 49,0400,0002
The Fronius Ignis 180XT is a dual-voltage stick welder that runs on 120 V or 230 V, giving 10-120 A on 120 V and 10-180 A on 230 V. Built-in power factor correction (PFC) supports very long leads, a 7-segment display keeps setup simple, and the kit comes with 13 ft cables and a rolling storage case.
Stick (SMAW) functions include Hot Start, Soft Start, Anti-Stick and Stick Pulsing, which helps when welding in restricted positions, and the machine runs 6010 electrodes. On a generator it needs 3.5 kVA at 120 V or 5.75 kVA at 230 V. It weighs 26.5 lbs (12 kg) and measures 17.1 in. L x 6.3 in. W x 12.2 in. H (435 x 160 x 310 mm).
Included are the Ignis 180XT power source, a 13 ft electrode cable, a 13 ft ground cable, separate 120 V and 230 V power cables and a rolling storage case (42,0510,0235), so the welder can be connected to either supply and packed away with its leads.
