Fume Dog Platen Downdraft Table Fume Extractor, 36x48, 400 FPM, 700 lb Capacity

$5,600.50Price
Quantity

The Fume Dog DDT-CW-PLAT is a platen downdraft table fume extractor that pulls fumes and sparks down through a 36x48 work surface at 400 feet per minute. Its 5/8 thick, powder-coated cast steel top is precision-machined flat and rated for a 700 lb static load, and a 1.5 HP motor on 120 VAC single-phase power drives the airflow.

Clamping is quick: .625 diameter holes across the top accept third-party 5/8 or 16 mm clamps anywhere on the top and along its sides, and tools seat with a friction fit. The powder-coated surface is designed to repel spatter, and the table includes a spark trap and spark baffles.

Filtration works in stages: a metal mesh pre-filter that doubles as a spark trap, then a baffle plate, then a fire-retardant MERV 15 nanofiber filter, which is included. An air stream filter cleaner also comes with the table, and Fume Dog says it extends filter life 5-6 times. The noise level is 69 dB.
