Generac Protector 150kW Liquid-Cooled Standby Generator, 277/480V 3-Phase, NG/LP

The Generac Protector 150 kW liquid-cooled standby generator provides 277/480 V three-phase backup power to large commercial and industrial installations. Its turbocharged, aftercooled 8.9 L V8 engine (model G26) runs on natural gas or liquid propane vapor, and an Evolution controller with a multilingual LCD display covers monitoring and operation.

An isochronous electronic governor holds frequency steady through load changes, and full digital voltage regulation helps protect sensitive electronics. A closed coolant recovery system and a smart battery charger are fitted for long-term reliability, Mobile Link remote monitoring is supported when the unit is equipped for it, and a sound-attenuated aluminum enclosure lowers operating noise. This 480 V industrial generator also has a UL 2200 safety listing for the standby generator system and an EPA-compliant emissions design.
