Hobart Multi-Handler 200 Multiprocess Welder

The Hobart Multi-Handler 200 is a 39 lb multiprocess welder that handles MIG, flux-cored, stick and DC TIG from a single unit. It accepts either 120 V or 240 V input power and welds material up to 3/8 in. thick. A 10 ft HR-100 gun, a 12.5 ft TIG torch, cables and starter consumables come with it.

Controls consist of two knobs and a process button. A run-in function sets the wire to a lower, preset speed just before the arc strikes, and wire is driven by an industrial cast aluminum system fitted with a Quick Select drive roll for the solid and flux-cored wire sizes listed in the specifications.

The supplied power cord comes with MVP plugs for both 120 V and 240 V, so moving between the two supplies means swapping plugs, and no tools are involved. The machine weighs 39 lb.
