IAP Elevent Mobile Welding Fume Extractor, 4 in. x 8 ft Arm, 400 CFM, MERV 15

The IAP Elevent is a mobile welding fume extractor that captures welding fumes, smoke and airborne particulates right where they form, through a 4 in. x 8 ft fume arm. Its motor is rated at 600 CFM with 400 CFM at the hood, filtration pairs an aluminum mesh pre-filter with a MERV 15 V-Bank filter, and it runs on 120 V single-phase power.

As a complete system, it comes with the fume arm, an integrated LED light, a J-hook for managing cables and an extra 15 amp outlet that powers tools directly from the unit. A 10 ft, 120V/1P, 20 amp plug makes setup plug-and-play, and the compact size makes the unit easy to move around the shop.

The standard filtration is multi-stage, with one aluminum mesh pre-filter ahead of one MERV 15 V-Bank filter. For applications that require higher filtration efficiency, an optional HEPA after-filter adds a further stage of particulate capture, so the same mobile unit can be matched to more demanding welding fume extraction work.
