Lincoln Electric Activ8X Wire Feeder One-Pak with Magnum PRO Curve 300 MIG Gun

The Lincoln Electric Activ8X Wire Feeder One-Pak combines the portable Activ8X feeder (K3519-1, Tweco) with a Magnum PRO Curve 300 MIG gun and a drive roll kit for .052 in. (1.3 mm) cored wire. CrossLinc Technology lets the welder set voltage or current at the arc with no control cable, and True Voltage Technology (TVT) holds the set arc voltage.

Inside the One-Pak are the Activ8X wire feeder with a Tweco-style input connector (K3519-1), the Magnum PRO Curve 300 welding gun (K2951-2-10-116) and drive roll kit KP1697-052C for .052 in. cored wire. Built for shipbuilding, offshore and construction work, the feeder is compact enough for manways and easy to carry around a job site, and cutting out control cables means fewer trips back to the power source.

The case is impact resistant and flame retardant, and potted PC boards protect against moisture and corrosion. A heavy-duty cast aluminum Maxtrac wire drive with tachometer feedback keeps wire feed speed accurate, and the feeder holds 8 in. (203 mm) spools only, meaning the 10, 11 and 12 lb sizes.
