Lincoln Electric Air Vantage 566X Diesel Welder Generator, 600A, Air Compressor

$43,731.26Price
Quantity

The Lincoln Electric Air Vantage 566X is a diesel engine-driven welder, generator and air compressor in one machine, rated up to 600 A (IEC 525 A) with 20 kW of three-phase power and a 60 CFM rotary screw compressor. A 65.7 HP Deutz turbo diesel powers it for construction, pipeline and heavy industrial work.

Five process modes cover CC-Stick, CV-Wire, Downhill Pipe, DC Touch Start TIG and Arc Gouging, the last tuned for carbon rods up to 3/8 in. (9.5 mm), so the machine handles stick, TIG, MIG and flux-cored welding plus air carbon arc gouging. Chopper Technology reduces spatter in stick and pipe welding and keeps the engine from stalling while gouging, and added modes serve stainless steel, aluminum, steel, submerged arc and orbital pipe work, with pulse welding for out-of-position joints.

The generator supplies 20 kW continuous at 240 V three-phase and 12 kW at 120/240 V single-phase for plasma cutters, grinders and inverter welders, and the VMAC rotary screw compressor delivers 60 CFM at 100 PSI for air tools and plasma cutting. CrossLinc enables voltage or current control at the arc through the standard weld cable, with no separate control cable. The Deutz TD2.9L4 engine meets EPA Tier 4 Final.
