Lincoln Electric Air Vantage 566X Ready-Pak 3 Welder Generator with Trailer

The Lincoln Electric Air Vantage 566X Ready-Pak 3 is a diesel welder generator and 60 CFM air compressor supplied factory-assembled on a heavy-duty trailer with a fender and light kit and an integrated cable rack. The welder is rated up to 600 A (IEC 525 A) and the generator 20 kW, suited to contractors, maintenance crews and rental fleets.

Ready-Pak 3 is preassembled at the factory, so the trailer, cable rack, fender and light kit and welder need no further assembly before work starts. The trailer-mounted unit serves construction sites, pipeline work, mining and structural fabrication, and its five process modes cover CC-Stick, CV-Wire, Downhill Pipe, DC Touch Start TIG and Arc Gouging, with carbon rods up to 3/8 in. (9.5 mm).

Power comes from a turbocharged Deutz TD2.9L4 diesel rated 65.7 HP that meets EPA Tier 4 Final. The generator provides 20 kW continuous three-phase at 240 V and 12 kW single-phase at 120/240 V, while the VMAC rotary screw compressor delivers 60 CFM at 100 PSI for plasma cutting, air carbon arc gouging and pneumatic tools. Chopper Technology, pulse welding, CrossLinc voltage control at the arc and True Voltage Technology (TVT) for long cable runs complete the engine-driven welder.
