The Lincoln Electric Aspect 230 AC/DC TIG Welder Water-Cooled One-Pak is a water-cooled TIG package built around the AC/DC TIG and stick inverter, with up to 230 A of output. It adds a Cool Arc 22 cooler, a two-wheeled cart, a 25 ft PTW-20 TIG torch, a 25 ft Foot Amptrol, one gallon of low-conductivity coolant and a zippered cable cover.

The power source delivers 5-230 A DC TIG and 5-200 A AC TIG, with high-frequency and Lift-Arc starts, pulse from 0.1 to 500 Hz, adjustable AC frequency of 20-200 Hz and AC balance of 10-90% electrode negative. Optional AC Auto Balance sets the cleaning and penetration mix automatically when welding aluminum, Intellistart adapts the arc start to material thickness, and up to nine memory locations store setups.

Besides the power source (K4340-1), the One-Pak includes the two-wheeled cart, the Cool Arc 22, the Foot Amptrol (25 ft, 7.6 m, six-pin), a three-piece 25 ft PTW-20 TIG torch, a PTA-9/PTW-20/20H-320 gas lens parts kit, one gallon of low-conductivity coolant, a 22 ft (6.7 m) premium zippered cable cover, a 2/0 work lead with GC500 ground clamp, a Twist-Mate TIG adapter kit and a 355-2Ar-58010 flowmeter regulator gas kit.
