Lincoln Electric Aspect 230 DC TIG Welder Air-Cooled One-Pak, 230A, K4347-1

The Lincoln Electric Aspect 230 DC TIG/Stick Welder Air-Cooled One-Pak is a TIG welder package built around the DC TIG and stick inverter, with up to 230 A of output. It adds a 25 ft PTA-26F air-cooled TIG torch, a 25 ft six-pin Foot Amptrol, a flowmeter regulator gas kit, torch parts and adapter kits, and a work lead with GC500 ground clamp.

The power source delivers 5-230 A DC TIG with high-frequency and Lift-Arc starts, pulse from 0.1 to 500 Hz and post-flow adjustable from 0 to 25 sec. Intellistart adapts the arc start to material thickness, softer on thin material and hotter on thick sections, and custom waveforms, a full sequencer and up to nine memory locations let each setup be saved and recalled.

Besides the Aspect 230 DC power source (K4346-1), the One-Pak includes the PTA-26F TIG torch (25 ft, one piece), the Foot Amptrol foot control (25 ft, 7.6 m, six-pin), a PTA-26/PTW-18 torch parts kit, a PTA-26 torch adapter kit, a 355-2Ar-58010 flowmeter regulator gas kit and a 2/0 work lead with GC500 ground clamp rated 350 A at 60%.
