Lincoln Electric Aspect 375 AC/DC TIG Welder, 375A, HF/Touch Start, K3945-1
The Lincoln Electric Aspect 375 AC/DC is a TIG welder with up to 375 A of TIG welding power, using AC output for aluminum and DC output for steel and stainless. Aimed at shipbuilding, aerospace, motorsports, education and high-end fabrication, it combines Intellistart, optional AC Auto Balance and AC Wave Shape control with High Frequency and Touch Start TIG modes.
Intellistart sets the arc start to material thickness, with softer starts that limit distortion on thin material and hotter starts for penetration on thicker sections. For aluminum welding, the optional AC Auto Balance chooses the mix of cleaning action and penetration automatically, and the AC frequency adjusts from 40 to 400 Hz to focus the arc.
AC Wave Shape control tailors the arc profile: frequency adjustment modifies its shape, balance control strengthens cleaning to break through heavy oxide on aluminum, offset adjustment deepens penetration on thicker material, and a narrower arc improves control around corners and in tight joints. The interface keeps both basic and advanced settings easy to reach, and the arc can start in High Frequency TIG or Touch Start TIG mode.
