The Lincoln Electric Aspect 375 AC/DC TIG Welder Ready-Pak combines the 375 A AC/DC TIG power source with a matched TIG torch and essential accessories, so the system does not need compatible parts sourced separately. It offers High Frequency and Touch Start TIG modes, Intellistart arc starts and AC Wave Shape control for aluminum work.
The power source delivers up to 375 A of TIG welding power, with AC output for aluminum and DC output for steel, stainless and other materials, for shipbuilding, aerospace, motorsports, education and high-end fabrication. Intellistart adapts arc starts to material thickness, and the optional AC Auto Balance sets the cleaning and penetration mix automatically when welding aluminum.
AC Wave Shape control tailors the arc profile: frequency adjustment modifies its shape, balance control strengthens cleaning to break through heavy oxide on aluminum, offset adjustment deepens penetration on thicker material, and a narrower arc improves control around corners and in tight joints. AC frequency adjusts from 40 to 400 Hz, and the Ready-Pak contents are matched to the power source.
