Lincoln Electric Cross Country 300 Kubota Diesel Welder Generator, 300A, K4166-1
The Lincoln Electric Cross Country 300 is a Kubota diesel welder generator built for pipeline and field work, with a 300 A arc tuned for root, fill and cap passes, whether the rods are cellulosic or low-hydrogen. It also supplies 10,000 W of single-phase power and 11,000 W of continuous three-phase power for grinders, pumps and other job-site equipment.
Beyond stick (SMAW), the machine handles TIG (GTAW), MIG (GMAW), self- and gas-shielded flux-cored (FCAW-S, FCAW-G) welding and air carbon arc gouging (CAC-A). A dual continuous-control system tailors the arc to pipe size, welding position and site conditions. The water-cooled Kubota V1505 diesel is rated 22 hp, meets Tier 4 Final emissions standards and holds a stable 300 A output.
At 31.9 in. H x 25.3 in. W x 56.0 in. D and 1,034 lbs, the engine-driven welder is sized for truck-bed transport to remote sites in oil and gas, utilities and heavy construction. Maintenance in the shop or the field is simpler thanks to sliding access doors, and the case is powder-coated steel with a stainless steel exhaust stack.
