Lincoln Electric DLF-84 Pulsed MIG Boom Mount Wire Feeder, Single Drive, No U/I

The Lincoln Electric DLF-84 boom mount wire feeder is a single wire drive unit for use with Flextec power sources in pulsed MIG and CV-MIG welding. This No U/I version has no user interface; it includes .035/.045 drive rolls and an integrated 5-pin ArcLink control cable and is push-pull capable with a 12-pin connection kit.

For aluminum, a compatible Lincoln Electric push-pull gun is the suggested match. Start and crater settings can be customized for better control of the weld profile at both ends, and limits and lockouts reduce the chance of welding outside the procedure.

With a compatible Flextec, the system adds synergic setup from the gas type, wire diameter, wire type and weld process, pulsed MIG with lower spatter and greater puddle control, and automatic pre-flow, post-flow, run-in speed and burn-back. Which of these MIG (GMAW) functions are available depends on the Flextec model.
