Lincoln Electric Dual Maverick 200/200X Diesel Welder Generator, Kubota, K4382-2

The Lincoln Electric Dual Maverick 200/200X (K4382-2) is a two-operator diesel welder generator: in dual mode it runs two independent welding outputs, and in single mode one operator gets up to 450 A. A 24.8 hp Kubota D902 engine drives it and supplies 10,000 W of continuous 120/240 V auxiliary power.

Dual-mode ranges are CC-stick 30-255 A, downhill pipe 30-225 A, touch-start TIG 20-250 A, CV wire 13-40 V and arc gouging 100-250 A. Single mode extends CC-stick and downhill pipe to 50-450 A, touch-start TIG to 20-255 A and gouging to 100-450 A with 3/8 in. (9.5 mm) carbons. Processes include stick (SMAW), TIG (GTAW), MIG (GMAW) and self- or gas-shielded flux-cored welding.

The three-cylinder, naturally aspirated, water-cooled Kubota D902 (24.8 hp, 18.5 kW) meets EPA Tier 4 Final, runs from a 20 gal. (75.7 L) fuel tank and has a sound level of 69 dBA at low idle. Auxiliary output is 10,000 W continuous at 120/240 V, 60 Hz, through NEMA 5-20R and NEMA 14-50R receptacles. Two 4.3 in. weatherproof LCD screens handle setup and maintenance alerts, CrossLinc and True Voltage Technology (TVT) give control at the arc with voltage-drop compensation, and the unit weighs 1160 lbs (526 kg).
