Lincoln Electric Dual Maverick 200/200X Diesel Welder, Ready-Pak 1, K4382-2-RP1

The Lincoln Electric Dual Maverick 200/200X Ready-Pak 1 package (K4382-2-RP1) is a two-operator diesel welder generator preassembled with a factory-installed trailer, welding cables, ground clamps, electrode holders, an integrated cable rack and a fender and light kit. Single mode reaches 450 A, and the 24.8 hp Kubota D902 supplies 10,000 W of continuous auxiliary power.

As a complete package the trailer-mounted unit weighs 1522 lbs (690 kg) and measures 36.1 in. H x 27.0 in. W x 65.0 in. D. Dual mode provides two independent outputs with CC-stick at 30-255 A, downhill pipe at 30-225 A, touch-start TIG at 20-250 A, CV wire at 13-40 V and gouging at 100-250 A, while single mode covers CC-stick and downhill pipe at 50-450 A, touch-start TIG at 20-255 A and gouging at 100-450 A.

The naturally aspirated, water-cooled Kubota D902 (24.8 hp, 18.5 kW) meets EPA Tier 4 Final and draws from a 20 gal. (75.7 L) tank. Auxiliary power is 10,000 W continuous at 120/240 V, 60 Hz, via NEMA 5-20R and NEMA 14-50R receptacles, and CrossLinc with True Voltage Technology (TVT) allows control at the arc over long cable runs. Processes cover stick, TIG, MIG, flux-cored and gouging with 3/8 in. (9.5 mm) carbons.
