Lincoln Electric Dual Maverick 200/200X Diesel Welder, Ready-Pak 3, K4382-2-RP3

The Lincoln Electric Dual Maverick 200/200X Ready-Pak 3 package (K4382-2-RP3) mounts the two-operator diesel welder generator on a trailer with a fender and light kit and a cable rack, preassembled as one package for rental fleets and construction contractors. Single mode delivers up to 450 A, and auxiliary output is 10,000 W continuous.

The trailer package weighs 1522 lbs (690 kg) and measures 36.1 in. H x 27.0 in. W x 65.0 in. D. In dual mode each operator works from an independent output: CC-stick 30-255 A, downhill pipe 30-225 A, touch-start TIG 20-250 A, CV wire 13-40 V and arc gouging 100-250 A. Single mode gives CC-stick and downhill pipe at 50-450 A, touch-start TIG at 20-250 A and gouging at 100-450 A.

A 24.8 hp (18.5 kW) Kubota D902 three-cylinder, water-cooled diesel meets EPA Tier 4 Final, carries a 20 gal. (75.7 L) fuel tank and is rated 74 dBA at high idle and 69 dBA at low idle. Auxiliary power is 10,000 W at 120/240 V, 60 Hz, through NEMA 5-20R and NEMA 14-50R receptacles, and two 4.3 in. weatherproof LCD screens, CrossLinc and True Voltage Technology (TVT) round out the controls.
