Lincoln Electric Air Vantage 566X Hydraulic Welder Generator with Air Compressor
The Lincoln Electric Air Vantage 566X Hydraulic is a 4-in-1 diesel welder generator that adds a 14 gpm hydraulic pump to the welder, a 20 kW generator and a 60 CFM air compressor. The pump can run a hydraulic crane, and a 65.7 hp turbocharged Deutz engine powers heavy carbon arc gouging and industrial tools.
Welding runs through five process modes, CC-Stick, CV-Wire, Downhill Pipe, DC Touch Start TIG and Arc Gouging, with gouging output set for carbon rods up to 3/8 in. (9.5 mm). Chopper Technology cuts spatter in stick and pipe welding and prevents engine stalls while gouging, custom modes cover stainless, aluminum and steel along with SAW and orbital pipe, and pulse welding improves arc control out of position with low heat input on critical welds.
The 20 kW continuous three-phase generator runs plasma cutters, pumps and inverter welders. CrossLinc gives voltage or current control at the arc over a standard weld cable, without a control cable, and built-in True Voltage Technology (TVT) offsets voltage drop. The engine-driven welder uses a Deutz turbo diesel that meets EPA Tier 4 Final, making it a utility machine for demanding job sites.
