Lincoln Electric DLF-82 Pulsed MIG Bench Wire Feeder with Magnum 350 HDE Gun

The Lincoln Electric DLF-82 bench wire feeder with Magnum 350 HDE gun is a pulse-compatible, digital semiautomatic feeder for Flextec power sources, packaged with a wire reel stand for spools up to 60 lb. It runs MIG, pulsed MIG and both self-shielded and gas-shielded flux-cored wire at up to 800 ipm, with 600 A maximum rated output.

The package holds .035/.045 drive rolls, an integrated 5-pin ArcLink control cable, the wire reel stand and the Magnum 350 HDE weld gun. Feeding runs through a MaxTrac wire drive with two driven rolls, the gun bushing is Tweco #2-#4, the interface uses meters, and cored wire up to 5/64 in. (2 mm) is supported. The feeder runs from a 40 VDC supply and weighs 43 lbs (19.5 kg).

Synergic setup, pulsed MIG support and auto settings each depend on a Flextec power source that supports the function; with pulse, spatter drops and puddle control improves. Start and crater settings can be customized for more control over the weld profile at both ends of the bead, and limits and lockouts help keep welding within procedure. Its typical application is general fabrication, and it carries a CSA safety listing and an IEC 60974-10 rating.
