Lincoln Electric Flex Feed 74 HT Wire Feeder, Digital U/I, Heavy Duty Reel
The Lincoln Electric Flex Feed 74 HT bench wire feeder is a high-torque unit for MIG (GMAW) and flux-cored welding in heavy-duty general and structural fabrication. This version combines the digital user interface, whose meters show actual current and voltage, with a heavy duty reel. It feeds 50 to 700 ipm, takes solid wire to 3/32 in. and cored wire to 0.120 in., and is rated for 600 A.
A strong drive motor powers the MaxTrac four-roll drive for large-diameter wire, and the feeder runs on 24-42 VAC with analog communication through a 14-pin power source connector. The gun bushing is Tweco #2-#4, spools up to 60 lb (30 kg) fit, and the digital interface streamlines operator setup.
In the heavy duty reel configuration the feeder weighs 55 lbs (24.9 kg) and measures 13.3 x 15.5 x 23.6 in. (H x W x D), and it carries CSA and UL safety listings. Better isolation and environmental protection and robust connection points keep it reliable in tough conditions, and the modular layout can be customized for each application.
