Lincoln Electric Flex Feed 84 Dual Bench Wire Feeder with Contactor, Reel Stand

The Lincoln Electric Flex Feed 84 Dual Bench wire feeder puts two wire drives in one bench unit, and its included contactor isolates the idle side so only one wire is electrically live at a time. This configuration adds a heavy duty wire reel stand for coils or spools up to 60 lb, and it feeds MIG (GMAW) and flux-cored wire at 50 to 750 ipm.

Two drives make changes between wire diameters or alloys fast. The MaxTrac four-roll drive design handles solid wire to 3/32 in. (2.4 mm) and cored wire to 0.120 in., and the feeder is rated for 600 A, runs on 24-42 VAC, uses a 14-pin analog connection to the power source and has a Tweco #2-#4 gun bushing.

Voltage and wire feed speed are preset digitally, up to four procedures can be saved in user memories, process limits can be locked with a passcode, and the display shows actual voltage and current while welding. A selectable wire retract draws the wire back into the nozzle, which helps prevent operator injury. The unit measures 16.5 x 22.5 x 30.6 in. (H x W x D), weighs 101 lbs (45.8 kg) and carries CSA and UL safety listings.
