Lincoln Electric Flex Feed 84 Bench Wire Feeder with Gouge Stud, No Reel Stand

The Lincoln Electric Flex Feed 84 Single Bench wire feeder with contactor and gouge stud gives carbon arc gouging its own connection, electrically isolated from the welding side so only one process is live at a time. It feeds MIG (GMAW) and flux-cored wire at 50 to 750 ipm with a 600 A rating, and this configuration comes without a wire reel stand.

Solid wire up to 3/32 in. (2.4 mm) and cored wire up to 0.120 in. run through a four-roll MaxTrac drive with a cast aluminum feed plate, tool-less drive rolls and tool-less split wire guides that prevent birdnesting. The feeder runs on 24-42 VAC, talks to the power source over a 14-pin analog connection and accepts guns through a Tweco #2-#4 gun bushing.

Voltage and wire feed speed are preset digitally, up to four procedures can be saved in user memories, process limits can be locked with a passcode, and the display shows actual voltage and current while welding. A selectable wire retract draws the wire back into the nozzle, which helps prevent operator injury. The unit measures 16.5 x 15.5 x 28 in. (H x W x D), weighs 56 lbs (25.4 kg) and carries CSA and UL safety listings.
