Lincoln Electric Flex Feed 84 Boom Mount Wire Feeder, Single Wire Drive, No U/I

The Lincoln Electric Flex Feed 84 boom mount wire feeder is a single wire drive that works with the Flex Feed 84 control box in boom-mounted setups, and this No U/I version is the wire drive only. It feeds MIG and flux-cored wire at 50 to 750 ipm, takes solid wire to 3/32 in. and cored wire to 0.120 in., and carries a 600 A rating.

Built for consistent feeding over long conduit runs, the four-roll MaxTrac drive uses a rugged cast aluminum feed plate, tool-less drive rolls and tool-less split wire guides that keep the wire feeding and prevent birdnesting. The wire drive circuit board is encapsulated against the elements, and the gun adapters make solid electrical connections that cut voltage drop and simplify hookup.

The modular Flex Feed 84 system can be set up as a single, dual, bench or boom feeder and converted later as the workspace changes, and it has a built-in interface for hard automation. This unit runs on 24-42 VAC, communicates over a 14-pin analog connection, uses a Tweco #2-#4 gun bushing and carries CSA and UL safety listings. Typical applications are heavy fabrication and structural fabrication.
