Lincoln Electric LN-23P Portable Wire Feeder for Pipe Welding, 25 ft Cables

The Lincoln Electric LN-23P portable wire feeder is a semiautomatic unit built for tough sites, field erection, pipe welding and other difficult environments. With the optional Magnum Innershield gun and a 14 lb (6.3 kg) coil of electrode it still weighs under 50 lbs (22.7 kg), and this package includes 25 ft control and electrode cables.

Voltage control, continuous wire feed speed control and an analog voltmeter come standard. A two-position switch on the gun drops wire feed speed to 83% of the preset value on the fly, the trigger interlock circuit reduces operator fatigue, and the completely enclosed wire reel keeps the electrode free of contaminants.

Included are a 25 ft (7.6 m) control cable, a 25 ft (7.6 m) 1/0 electrode cable and 3/32 in. (2.44 mm) drive rolls with guide tubes, and both cables connect quickly to the power source. Two LN-23P feeders can be connected directly to recommended Lincoln Electric power sources, though only one can weld at a time.
