Lincoln Electric LN-25 PRO Dual Power Portable Wire Feeder, Across-the-Arc, 450A
The Lincoln Electric LN-25 PRO Dual Power portable wire feeder runs either across the arc from the welding output or through a 14-pin control cable. It feeds MIG (GMAW), MIG-STT and flux-cored wire at 50 to 700 ipm, solid to 1/16 in. and cored to 5/64 in., with a 450 A rating and 15-110 VDC or 24-42 VAC input.
A heavy-duty cast aluminum Maxtrac wire drive does the feeding, and dual-range wire feed speed gives finer precision at the low end. The trigger interlock switch adds comfort on long welds, the flame-resistant case swaps out in under five minutes, and potted PC boards protect against moisture and corrosion.
Suited to ironworkers and pipeline welders as well as construction sites, shipyards and fabrication shops, the feeder weighs 37 lbs (16 kg), measures 15 x 8.7 x 23.2 in. (H x W x D), takes spools up to 300 mm in diameter and has a Tweco #2-#4 gun bushing. It carries CSA and UL safety listings, and typical applications include structural, general and heavy fabrication, heavy equipment, and construction and field erection.
