Lincoln Electric LN-25X Wire Feeder One-Pak, K126 Pro 1/16-5/64 Innershield Gun

The Lincoln Electric LN-25X Wire Feeder One-Pak for field construction combines the portable LN-25X with CrossLinc and TVT, a K126 Pro 1/16-5/64 Innershield gun and drive rolls. The feeder has a Tweco input power connection and up to 44 lb spool capacity, feeds MIG (GMAW) and flux-cored wire at 50 to 700 ipm, and carries a 450 A rating.

On a compatible power source, CrossLinc moves voltage control to the feeder so no control cable is needed, which means less clutter, quicker setup and fewer trips back to the machine. TVT corrects for the voltage lost over long weld cables, the electronics are fully encapsulated, the flame-resistant case can be replaced in under five minutes, and instructional media comes with the One-Pak.

The feeder weighs 37 lbs (16 kg), measures 15 x 8.7 x 23.2 in. (H x W x D) and runs on 15-110 VDC. It takes solid wire to 1/16 in. and cored wire to 5/64 in. through two driven rolls and a Tweco #2-#4 gun bushing, carries CSA and UL safety listings, and suits construction and field erection, structural and heavy fabrication, and heavy equipment work.
