Lincoln Electric Power Feed 25M Aluminum Case Wire Feeder, Push-Pull Capable

The Lincoln Electric Power Feed 25M Aluminum Case wire feeder is a compact semiautomatic unit, push-pull capable for aluminum welding in the shop or on construction sites. It pairs a MAXTRAC drive, full controls and procedural memory presets with internal lighting and heating, feeds 30 to 400 ipm on 40 VDC, and its case fits through a 16 in. (406 mm) diameter opening.

Push-pull operation feeds aluminum wire uniformly and lets the gun sit farther from the feeder. Internal lighting illuminates the wire drive in dark work areas, and internal heating keeps consumables warm inside the enclosed case to control humidity. Dual procedure and memory buttons set an A and a B procedure for on-the-fly switching and let the operator recall a waveform and set the operating range.

Supporting MIG (GMAW) and flux-cored (FCAW) welding, the feeder measures 14.5 x 8.5 x 23.5 in. (H x W x D), and its compact case also fits a 12 x 18 in. (305 x 457 mm) opening, which suits construction and shipbuilding. The package includes a gas solenoid, gun bushing and electrode pigtail, and typical applications run from cross country pipeline and pressure vessels to railcar fabrication and robotics.
