Lincoln Electric Power Feed 25M Plastic Case Wire Feeder, Push-Pull Capable

The Lincoln Electric Power Feed 25M is a portable semiautomatic wire feeder in a plastic case, compact enough for shop or construction work and push-pull capable for aluminum welding. It runs MIG (GMAW) and flux-cored (FCAW) wire on 40 VDC input, pairs the MAXTRAC drive system with full controls and procedure memory presets, and weighs 35 lbs (15.9 kg).

Dual procedure and memory buttons let the operator store an A and a B procedure and switch between them on the fly, recall a saved waveform and set the operating range for the application. In push-pull use, feeding stays uniform and the gun can be placed farther from the feeder. A light inside the case illuminates the wire drive in dark work areas, and internal heating keeps the consumables warm and protected to control humidity.

The compact case fits through a 16 in. (406 mm) diameter opening or a 12 x 18 in. (305 x 457 mm) opening, which makes it a good match for construction and shipbuilding. Overall size is 14.5 x 8.5 x 23.5 in. (368 x 216 x 597 mm). Typical applications include structural fabrication, pipeline, pressure vessels, mining, railroad maintenance, offshore and heavy equipment work.
