Lincoln Electric Vantage 441X Ready-Pak 1 Welder Generator, Trailer and Cables

The Lincoln Electric Vantage 441X Ready-Pak 1 is a diesel welder generator package preassembled with a trailer, cable rack, welding cables, ground clamps, an electrode holder and a fender and light kit. Its turbocharged Perkins engine brings an IEC rating of 400 A, CrossLinc control at the arc and 17 kW of continuous three-phase auxiliary power.

Ready-Pak 1 (K4535-1-RP1) is this engine-driven welder assembled at the factory with its trailer, cable rack, welding cables, ground clamps, electrode holder and fender and light kit. Five process modes cover arc gouging, CV wire, DC touch-start TIG, downhill pipe and CC stick, the gouging mode takes carbon rods up to 3/8 in. (9.5 mm), and Chopper Technology prevents engine stalling when gouging.

Custom modes serve stainless steel, aluminum and steel, with advanced SAW and orbital pipe modes plus pulse welding for out-of-position and low-heat-input work. CrossLinc enables voltage or current control at the arc through a standard weld cable, and True Voltage Technology compensates for voltage drop. The 41.0 hp Perkins 404F-E22T diesel meets EPA Tier 4 Final, and the welder/generator supplies 120/240 V single-phase and 240 V three-phase power for plasma cutters, pumps or inverter welders.
