Lincoln Electric Vantage 566X Ready-Pak 3 Welder Generator, Trailer, Cable Rack

The Lincoln Electric Vantage 566X Ready-Pak 3 is a diesel welder generator factory-preassembled with a trailer, a cable rack and a fender and light kit. The turbocharged Deutz engine-driven welder delivers up to 600 A of DC multi-process output, IEC rated at 525 A, plus continuous three-phase power of up to 20 kW for plasma cutters, pumps and inverter welders.

Ready-Pak 3 (K3239-3-RP3) is the Vantage 566X assembled at the factory with its cable rack, trailer and fender and light kit as one rent-ready package. Five process modes, Arc Gouging, CV-Wire, DC Touch Start TIG, Downhill Pipe and CC-Stick, cover stick, wire and TIG welding, and the gouging mode takes carbon rods up to 3/8 in. (9.5 mm) for heavy-duty carbon arc gouging.

Extra modes handle stainless, aluminum and steel plus SAW and orbital pipe welding, and pulse welding adds arc control out of position with low heat input. CrossLinc gives voltage or current control at the arc over the standard weld cable, with Chopper Technology and True Voltage Technology on board. The 65.7 hp Deutz TD2.9L4 turbo diesel meets EPA Tier 4 Final, and the welder/generator supplies 240 VAC three-phase and 120/240 VAC single-phase auxiliary power.
