Lincoln Electric Flex Feed 84 Dual Bench Wire Feeder, Heavy Duty Reel Stand

The Lincoln Electric Flex Feed 84 Dual Bench wire feeder puts two wire drives in one unit, so switching between wire diameters or alloys is fast. It comes with a heavy duty wire reel stand for coils or spools up to 60 lb, takes solid wire to 3/32 in. (2.4 mm) and cored wire to .120 in., and presets voltage and wire feed speed digitally.

Up to four procedures can be saved in user memories, process limits can be locked with a passcode, and the display shows actual voltage and current while welding. A selectable wire retract draws the wire back into the nozzle, which helps prevent operator injury, and the gun adapters make solid electrical connections that cut voltage drop.

The four-roll MaxTrac drive pairs a cast aluminum feed plate with tool-less drive rolls and tool-less split wire guides that prevent birdnesting, for consistent feeding over long conduit runs, and the wire drive circuit board is encapsulated against the elements. The modular system can be set up as a single, dual, bench or boom feeder, converted as the workspace changes, and has a built-in hard automation interface.
