Lincoln Electric Flex Feed 84 Single Bench Wire Feeder, Heavy Duty Reel Stand

The Lincoln Electric Flex Feed 84 Single Bench wire feeder pairs a single wire drive with a heavy duty wire reel stand for coils or spools up to 60 lb. It handles large-diameter wire, solid to 3/32 in. (2.4 mm) and cored to .120 in., and gives digital presets for voltage and wire feed speed with up to four user memories.

Process limits can be set and protected with a passcode, the display reads actual voltage and current while welding, and a user-selectable retract function draws the wire back into the nozzle, which helps prevent operator injury. Gun adapters make solid electrical connections that reduce voltage drop, and the encapsulated wire drive circuit board is protected from the elements.

The four-roll MaxTrac drive combines a cast aluminum feed plate with tool-less drive rolls and tool-less split wire guides that prevent birdnesting, for consistent feeding over long conduit runs. The modular system can be set up as a single, dual, bench or boom feeder and has a built-in hard automation interface; a standard reel stand for spools up to 44 lb is the alternative to the heavy duty stand supplied here.
